Accepting Reservations for Weekly Rentals -- Sunday to Sunday Rate: $600.00 per week. ( One , Two, or Three Persons) Rentals are from Sunday afternoon thru Saturday night --- check out 11 AM Sunday. We furnish all bed linens, fresh bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, microwave, coffee pot, etc. We ask that you bring your own
towels for your beach outings.
72 Hour Cancellation Policy for refunds unless for some reason the boat to the island does not come to Tangier. Cash, Checks,

Tangier Island as we tend to fill up early during the summer months.
Amenities: Bring yourself and your personal items, bikes for riding around the island, cooler with food, etc. There is one Full Service Grocery Store on the island, everything from coffee to steaks..... Best location in town, right in the middle of everything, Centrally located. Close to restaurants, shopping, & churches. Just a short distance from Tangier's Beach area, boat dock, and airport. Fully furnished with all the amenities of home: Living Room, Kitchen, and Eating areas are open, there's two bed rooms (one Double, and one Single) and one bath with tub-shower combo. 2 TVs with Cable
Television, Washer and Dryer, Microwave, Coffee Pot, and Toaster.
The kitchen is fully furnished, dishes, pot and pans, silverware, etc.
Outdoor Living No Pets Aunt Ruth's Place is........... just a short distance from Tangier's Beach area, Boat Dock, and Airport. Coming to the island by boat or plane, you will be picked up and taken back to your departure point once you arrive on, or leave, the island; compliments of Wallace and Shirley Pruitt. For anyone who was past guest of Shirley's Bay View Inn, you know that Aunt Ruth's Place is remarkably clean with beautiful manicured grounds.
